Bug Report
A tool failed, timed out, or handed back something other than what you expected. Include your browser and what the file was like.
- π‘
Feature Request
A tool that does not exist yet, or an option missing from one that does. Describe the task rather than the button you have in mind.

Business Inquiry
Partnerships, API access, white-label use, or anything commercial. A note on volume and timing gets you a useful reply faster.

Press & Media
Interviews, press kits, and questions from researchers or journalists writing about document tooling.
Getting a useful answer faster
Most of the messages we receive are about a specific file behaving unexpectedly, and those are the easiest to resolve when the report includes a little context. The three details that help most are the tool you used, the browser and device you were on, and what you expected to happen compared with what actually did. A message saying a conversion looked wrong is hard to act on. A message saying a two-column PDF converted to Word with the columns interleaved tells us exactly where to look.
Please do not attach the document itself. Uploads made through the tools are deleted automatically within one hour and are never read by anyone, and we would rather keep it that way than have copies of your files sitting in an inbox. If the problem depends on the specific file, describe its characteristics instead: whether it was scanned or exported, roughly how many pages, whether it was password protected, and where it came from originally. That is almost always enough to identify the cause.
For feature requests, the most useful thing you can include is the problem rather than the solution. Telling us you need a way to remove the first page of fifty documents describes a workflow we can think about properly, where a request for a particular button might solve a narrower version of what you actually need. Several of the tools on this site exist because someone described a task they were doing by hand.
A fair number of messages turn out to have answers that do not need us at all, and it is worth checking two things first. If a file will not process, confirm it is under the 50 MB limit and that it is not password protected, since encryption blocks most operations until the protection is removed. If a converted document looks wrong, the cause is usually a font that was not embedded in the original rather than the conversion itself, which is why the same file can convert differently on two machines.
For anything involving privacy or data handling, the Privacy Policy covers what happens to uploads in more detail than we could fit in a reply. The short version is that files are processed in isolated containers, deleted automatically within one hour, and never read, analysed, or shared. If you have a specific compliance question that the policy does not answer, the form above is the right place for it and we will answer properly rather than pointing you back at the page.
Business enquiries are welcome through the same form. That includes partnership proposals, questions about integrating the tools into an existing workflow, and press or research requests. Those tend to need a longer reply than a bug report, so a short note about what you are trying to achieve and the timescale you are working to gets us to something useful faster than a general introduction would.
We read every message and aim to reply within 24 to 48 hours, though bug reports with reproduction details tend to get answered fastest simply because there is less to ask about. If your question is covered below, you will get an answer immediately by reading on rather than waiting for a reply.
Before you write: quick answers
Are my files safe?
Yes. Uploads are processed in isolated containers and deleted automatically within an hour, whether or not you download the result. Nobody reads them, nothing is scanned for content, and none of it is passed to anyone else. If a compliance team needs that in writing, the Privacy Policy sets it out properly.
Privacy Policy βIs CocoPDF really free?
Yes, and there is no trial that quietly expires. All 26 tools are free, with no watermark on the output, no page or file caps, and no account to create. Advertising pays for the servers, which is why nothing gets dangled at you halfway through a conversion.
What's the maximum file size?
Every tool accepts files up to 50 MB. If yours is bigger, compressing it first usually solves the problem outright, because most oversized PDFs are oversized on account of images rather than page count. A scan will often drop by 70 to 90 percent.
Compress PDF βI need API access. Is that possible?
There is no public API yet. Business and enterprise integrations are something we are working out, so if you have a concrete use case, send it through the form with the volume you expect and the operations you would be calling. Real numbers move this along faster than general interest.
A tool returned an unexpected result
Send it in as a bug report with the tool you used, your browser and operating system, and what you expected next to what you actually got. Describe the file rather than attaching it. Whether it was scanned, roughly how long it was, and where it came from is usually enough for us to find the cause.
Can I suggest a new tool?
Please do. Several of the tools here exist because somebody described a job they were doing by hand. Tell us the problem rather than the button you have in mind, since the workflow underneath is the part worth solving and there is often a better answer than the one being asked for.
What happens if I close the tab mid-job?
Deletion runs on a timer attached to the upload, not to your session, so closing the tab, losing your connection, or walking away halfway all end the same way. Nothing sits waiting for you to come back, and no copy is kept as a backup.
Why did my converted file look different?
Almost always a font. If the original used a typeface that was not embedded in the file, the converter substitutes the closest match it has, that substitute sets at a slightly different width, and spacing and line breaks shift from there on. It is also why the same document can convert differently on two computers.
Why formatting breaks βCan I use CocoPDF for work documents?
Plenty of people do. Files are processed on our own servers rather than handed to a third party, and they are gone within the hour. If your employer needs specific guarantees in writing before you can use it, ask through the form and we will answer directly instead of pointing you at a policy page.
