Receiving a PDF where all the pages are sideways or upside-down is a common frustration. CocoPDF fixes this instantly — rotate PDF pages online without software, choosing 90°, 180°, or 270° in either clockwise or counter-clockwise direction.
The rotation is applied to every page in the document and is permanently embedded in the output PDF. Unlike simply rotating the view in a PDF reader, this tool modifies the actual page rotation value stored in the PDF file, so it displays correctly in all PDF viewers.
Upload your PDF, select the rotation amount and direction, click Process, and your corrected PDF downloads immediately. The tool uses a fast, server-side PDF engine for precise, lossless rotation — no content is re-rendered or degraded. Files are deleted within one hour and no watermarks are added.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the rotation apply to all pages?
Yes. The selected rotation is applied to every page in the PDF. If you need to rotate only specific pages, split the PDF first, rotate the relevant part, then merge the files back together.
What is the difference between clockwise and counter-clockwise rotation?
Clockwise (CW) rotation turns pages to the right. Counter-clockwise (CCW) rotation turns pages to the left. A 90° CW rotation is the same as a 270° CCW rotation.
Will the rotation be permanent?
Yes. The rotation is embedded in the PDF file. The output PDF will always display at the rotated orientation, regardless of which PDF viewer is used.
Can I rotate to any angle, not just 90°?
The tool supports 90°, 180°, and 270° rotations in either clockwise or counter-clockwise direction, covering all 360° in 90° increments. Arbitrary angles are not supported as PDF only supports 90° multiples.
